This is the picture of Seongsan Ilchulbong, also called Seongsan Sunrise Peak which is one of the most famous places on Jeju island. Also it is the first landmark to be added in UNESCO's list in Korea. I grew up 5 mins away from Seongsan Sunrise Peak, so when I was young, I went there almost everyday with my friends. Seongsan Sunrise Peak was my play ground. I have a lot of unforgettable memories at there.
On the top of Seongsan Sunrise Peak, you can see the most beautiful sunrise and view. And it only takes 15-20 mins go up to the top. Moreover, as you can see, in the picture, there are horses. You can ride a horse, also you can eat fresh sea food as well. I miss my hometown and I think I was so lucky to have such a beautiful place near my house.
Wow, you grew up near there? you are so luck! I saw the beautiful sunrise at Seongsan Sunrise Peak when I was in Jeju Island. i love to go Jeju Island. Now, I miss Korea a lot! I usually go to Jeju Island for skin scuba diving in summer but I really want to climb Mt.HANRA in winter someday!
