Healthy Lifestyle


Health is far more important than wealth. 

 
Good health enables us to enjoy our life.I think eating healthily is very important to all of us.
People are also living longer now because of better nutrition. We 're eating better and more healthfully than we used to .That's reduced the number of people with heart disease and cancer. We try to eat low fat foods and eat more vegetable and fruits, which are now available year
round. We should drink more water because we sweat a lot in hot days. But I prefer to eat fruits. Watermelon, apple and grape are my most favorites. They are all rich in water. There is a saying that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Fruits are good to our body. There are many kinds of vitamins in fruits. Besides, some people do not like drinking water, so they can eat fruits instead. I am one of them.

 

Physical exercise is indispensable to a happy life.
As we know,sport plays an important role in our daily lives.  Whenever you do some exercise, you can get a whole new refresh feeling through your body.It really does good to you. For example,going out to play ball games, which is becoming more and more popular these days,can get rid of bad moods,and help you be energetic again.In order to keep fit,you can keep a habbit of doing sports regularly.You'll benefit a lot from it. All in all,we'd better pick up our balls,and go out,to have an exciting game. Ready? Go?

  1. Yeah, what we eat everyday will affect our future. And we have to care what we eat everyday unless you don't want to live longer. I think vegetables and fruits are the most healthy food to eat. What I know is that we should eat at least 5 fruits/vegatables everyday,and make sure you are not eating the same kind of them because our body needs different vitamins from different kinds of fruits and vegetables. Doing exercise is also good to our body because our body can get stronger and healthier.
