Panda's Hometown

Do you know where is panda's hometown? Most of the people may only know that pandas are come from China, but the specific region is in Sichuan China. This photo was took in 2009 when I was in Sichuan "Research Base OF Giant Panda Breeding". As you can see, there were 4 pandas behind me, and they were eating bamboo. I went to Sichuan with my coworkers, and we went to this trip for free. Why for free? Because we were “The Best Staff" of 2009 in our company, our company offered us this trip and paid for every for this trip. Even though I'm not in that company any more since I moved to U.S, I can't forget what I have done in that company, and I can't forget this trip because it can remind me that I was a "The Best Staff".

It took us about 2 hours' fly to Sichuan. I was so exciting because I had never been there before this trip. The trip was last 1 week, we were having a good time during the trip. We visited many places in Sichuan, but I only like visited here. The reason is I like panda cause they are so cute. When I got into the base, the first view in front of me is so beautiful, and I was feel like I just got into a forest. It's so natural there, and the air was so fresh. I had learned so many thing about panda in there, such as how they evolution, what kinds of environment they live, and what kinds of problems they are facing. Pandas are becoming extinct, so we must protect these cute animal. Hopefully, I can go to that place again and can see more pandas there!

  2. What an awesome picture you have got here Rongguan! After, seeing your photo and reading your paragraph Sichuan is definitely an unforgettable place because it is the home of one of the most precious animals in the world. Pandas are just amazing and wonderful animals that i have not have the opportunity to see them in person. Except, on The Discovering Channel, which is why i'm glad you had the chance to see them in real life. People in Sichuan must protect them now since they are becoming extinct, otherwise in a few more years we won't be longer see Pandas playing around Sichuan. Thank you very much Ronguan for all the information about Pandas because i just love those precious!
