This novel is about a young woman called Fanella. She loves children, especially her friend´s son Fanella wants to become a mother and adopt a child with her boyfriend Steven. But suddeny everything is different. After Steven has left her she has to deal with the adoption by herself. It is very difficult to adopt a child as a single person – that´s what Fanella has to learn. In the end she manages to adopt Ellie, a five-year-old girl. Yet Fanella has to find out that becoming a mom overnight and taking care of a child you actually don´t really know isn't so easy as it seems. When Ellie starts attending school, Fanella gets to know her daughter's teacher Rod, a very lovely and nice guy. He is married. Nevertheless, Fanella and Rod gradually get to know each other better. Will they fall in love?
I don't like this book at all,because its situation shows too many in our life,and I don't like love noval at all.But i like the main charater Fanella,she's a brave women,even though there're many problem to adopt a child she still do what she want,she inspires me a lot.
